Pool

 

The pool is available for all Irongate Estates homeowners who are current on HOA dues or under a Board-approved payment plan. Each family receives one key fob.  This fob is used to enter and exit the pool area. Each family is allowed a total of four guests at a time. Homeowners must be present when guests are using the pool facilities, and homeowners are responsible for the conduct of their guests. All children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult homeowner when using the pool facilities.

Non-homeowners, such as renters, are not entitled to pool access. Currently, the HOA Board allows renters to use the pool facilities as a “neighborly gesture” provided the homeowner is current on HOA dues or under a Board-approved payment plan; however, access is at the discretion of the HOA Board and should not be assumed to be a right by virtue of residency.

Lost key fobs can be replaced at a cost of $20 each.

Note: The HOA Board has the right to temporarily or permanently deny anyone access to the pool. Homeowners are strictly responsible for themselves, their children, and their guests. Violation of pool rules, misuse of the facilities, disrespecting other residents, and the kind may constitute denial of pool access. The HOA Board encourages everyone to be neighborly and to respect others while using the pool facilities. Please your children and guests to do the same.

Pool Rules

The pool is open daily from 9:00 am – 9:00 pm.

Pool rules are established for the safety of all who make use of the facility. Additional, the rules are designed to protect the pool and property so they may be enjoyed by residents for years to come. The pool adds to the home values in the community and should be viewed by all residents as an investment in property values.

The following pool rules are strictly enforced. Violating the pool rules may result in denial of access for individual violators or the homeowner’s household access.

  • Members and Members’ guest only
  • The pool area may only be accessed via the homeowner’s key fob.
  • Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult
  • Four guest only per household
  • No diving
  • No running on pool deck
  • No glassware in pool area
  • Appropriate swimwear is required
  • Music is not to be played aloud.  Guests may listen to music through headphones only.
  • The pool and clubhouse facilities are tobacco-free areas. The use of cigarettes, cigars, vaporizing devices, etc. is strictly prohibited.
