Clubhouse

The clubhouse is available for homeowners only.  It may be rented for $150.  $100 is the cost of the rental, and $50 is a deposit.  The deposit will be returned provided there are no holes in the wall, no tape used on the walls, no damage to the facility, and all other rental agreement items are in order.

Currently, clubhouse rental includes access to the pool (in season) for your guests; however, does not exclude residents from using the pool during this time period. Per fire code, the HOA Board limits the number of guests in the clubhouse to 59 individuals inside and 160 individuals in the pool area. To reserve the clubhouse, please fill out the request form below.  You must also complete and sign the rental agreement. Please provide the treasurer with the signed rental agreement and the rental fee either the day before or the day of the event.  The treasurer will provide you with the key to the clubhouse.

In order to rent the clubhouse, the homeowner must be current with all dues.
